Woods misses Genesis cut after 5-over 76

LOS ANGELES (AP) Graeme McDowell and Patrick Cantlay share the lead going into a weekend at Riviera that doesn't include Tiger Woods.

The second round of the Genesis Open was not completed until Saturday morning because of darkness. Sam Saunders was tied for the lead until he made bogey on his final hole for a 69. He was one shot behind, along with Ryan Moore.

The cut was at 2-over 144.

Luiten shares Oman lead after another 66

MUSCAT, Oman (AP) Joost Luiten showed a return to form after a mediocre 2017 as he moved into a three-way tie for the lead in the Oman Open on Saturday.

The Dutchman shot a second straight 6-under 66 - the joint best score of the day - to move to 12-under 204. He was joined at the top by Matthew Southgate (69) and Frenchman Julien Guerrier (66) after the third round at the Greg Norman-designed Al Mouj Golf Club. Read More...

Jimenez shoots 64 to lead Chubb Classic

NAPLES, Fla. (AP) Miguel Angel Jimenez eagled the par-5 third hole and shot an 8-under 64 on Friday to take a one-stroke lead in the PGA Tour Champions' Chubb Classic.

Jimenez birdied four of the first seven holes on TwinEagles' Talon course. On his back nine, he bogeyed No. 1, eagled No. 3 and birdied Nos. 4, 7 and 8 - hitting to 2 1/2 feet on the seventh and 3 1/2 feet on the eighth. Read More...

ADELAIDE, Australia (AP) Jin Young Ko continued her domination of the Women's Australian Open, shooting a 1-under 71 Saturday to increase her lead to four strokes after three rounds.

Woods to play Honda Classic

LOS ANGELES (AP) Tiger Woods is playing the Honda Classic, this third PGA Tour start as he tries to build up his game for the Masters.

It will be the first time since 2014 that Woods plays at PGA National, about a 20-minute drive from his home in South Florida.
